Refund policy

Tulips & Tillie wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your item, we accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date of your purchase. We do not accept cancelations or returns. 

To submit a request for an exchange, you can email us at tulipsandtillie@gmail.com. Within your email please include your order number and the reason for your exchange. If your item arrived damaged, please provide a photo.

All items bought with a discount or on sale are final and are not eligible for returns, cancelations, or exchanges. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to be packaged and shipped to you
