Process & Production Time

Items typically take 2-4 business days to be packaged and shipped. However, processing times can very depending on the product and instances such as pre-orders. Processing times can also fluctuate in busy seasons such as the holidays, so make sure to check the items description for updated processing timelines.

Once your order has been processed and produced, we will ship it to you via usps first class mail or the shipping method you choose at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier's delivery schedule and the destination country's customs clearance process.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, a tracking number will be provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please email tulipsandtillie@gmail.com so we can try to assist you to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged due to carrier mishandling or delivery errors.

International Shipping

Tulips & Tillie currently only offers shipping to the United States, but hopes to ship internationally soon!
