* Plates come from antique and thrift stores.
* Beings they are used and some are old, please note that they are not perfect and can come with flaws..... adds character :)

* Because these are custom and made for you, all sales are final unless there is an issue with your order (comes broken, etc.) If that happens, we will discuss solutions.
* Plates DO NOT come with hangers or plate holders. You can find those for cheap on places like Amazon. If you want me to send you a link, let me know in your email!
THE PROCESS
1. Choose your plate. They are numbered and you will select that from the list below
2. You will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam/promotion folder
3. Email your pet's photos to tulipsandtillie@gmail.com. I paint the photo you send so please make sure it is clear and they are positioned where I can see their details. Feel free to send more than one photo and point out any details you want to make sure are included (special spots, etc.)
4. I will email you back to let you know I received your photos
5. Once I get started on your plate, I will email you again to discuss any additional embellishments you would like to add (florals, greenery, etc.)
* Once your portrait is finished I will email you a photo to ensure you love it!
* Includes 3 revisions (subtle changes only)
* Once you approve, I will ship your fur-ever piece of art!
TIMING
Due to the demand and amount of orders I am simply setting a date all orders from this drop will be shipped by. That date for this drop is JAN. 31st unless you purchased a rush slot. Your order could be sent anytime from 2 weeks to that date. Orders will be started on Jan. 1.
*Unless you snagged a rush spot, the plates ship by date cannot be adjusted. The plates in this listing are only for January.
