I'm so excited you're trusting me to paint your heirloom piece of art :) Please make sure you read all the details below before placing your order so that you understand the process. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at tulipsandtillie@gmail.com!
- I can paint pets, animals, home / venues, crests / monograms, and landscapes. I do not paint people.
- Photo above shows details of plate including:
- Size and weight
- Starting quantity available
- Number of pets that can be painted on the plate
( +$55 per extra pet. More details below)
- Unless you tell me otherwise, I automatically add texture and gold embellishments to the plate's design.

The plate designs are customizable. You can add in additional colors or adjust the existing palette so they match your home! You can also add in additional elements / motifs such as florals, greenery, stripes, your pet's name, etc..
- Plates are hand-picked by me from antique and thrift stores.
- Because these plates are used and some are vintage, please note that they are not perfect and can come with minor flaws including scratches and small chips. This adds character <3 If a plate has a chip, it will be filled with gold paint.
- For decorative use only. Not food safe.
- Plates are varnished for protection
- Plates will now come with hangers so that they come ready to hang.
THE PROCESS
YOU MUST READ TO PLACE AN ORDER
STEP ONE: Book your month under the listing "STEP ONE" if you havent already. Then add to cart. It is here where you will claim your spot for November 2026, December 2026, or January 2027. This allows me to keep a limit for each month. Once a month is sold out, it will be marked as such, and you'll need to select the following month.
IMPORTANT: You MUST also purchase a plate to be fully booked. If you do not purchase your plate within 24 hours your spot will open back up. Please do not take up a spot unless you know what plate you want. This is non-refundable.
This drop is for Nov. 2026, Dec. 2026, and Jan. 2027
Processing time 6-9 weeks
EACH PLATE COUNTS AS A SPOT. So if you are ordering two plates, you will need to book two spots.
Timeline: Your plate will be started the 1st week of the month you booked. So if you get a spot in November, your order will be started the first week of November. Painting processing time is 6-9 weeks. This time allows me to ensure your piece is heirloom-worthy and something you will love. Due to the nature of how I paint, I do not share process photos. Once your order is finished I will email you a photo for approval.

AFTER YOU BOOK YOUR MONTH
STEP TWO: Choose your plate. Then check out. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam/promotion folder.
Within that confirmation email:
A guide with photo tips and a link to fill out a form for more details regarding what you want painted and the style of your plate.
IMPORTANT: You must both book your month under "STEP ONE" and purchase your plate to book your spot. If you do not choose a plate, you are not officially booked.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE THAN ONE PET ON A PLATE:
First check the plate's photo to see how many pets are allowed. Each plate automatically comes with 1 pet included in the price. However, if you wish to add additional pets to that same plate, it is an additional $55 charge per extra pet. There is a separate listing called "ADDITIONAL PETS" where you can select how many additional pets you would like to add.
STEP THREE: I will email you a link to your client portal for you to send your photo. You will receive this email in 1-2 weeks. I paint the photo you provide so please make sure it is clear and they are positioned where I can see their details. Feel free to send more than one photo for reference backups. If your pet has passed on and you don't have any good photos, I will do my best to make it as accurate as possible.

APPROVAL PHOTO: After I finish painting your order, you will receive a photo to approve. You are allowed up to 3 minor changes that can include adjusting the color palette, adding additional embellishments, and adjusting minor pet details (color/texture of fur, etc.). However, any larger changes/redos require an additional charge.
SHIPPING: Once you approve, your order will be packaged and shipped to the address you provided. Please allow 5-7 business days after approval for me to varnish and package your order. All plates will have a flat $25 shipping fee at checkout. This covers shipping cost and ensures they are packaged to get to your home safely!

I typically use UPS. Please be aware that I cannot control your order once it is in their hands. If there is an issue with the shipping, I will do my best to troubleshoot with you.
REFUNDS: Because these are custom and made/claimed just for you, all sales are final after purchased unless there is an issue with your order (comes broken, etc.) If that happens, we will discuss solutions.
